Bob is the principal of Terra Firma Law. He has extensive experience in Property, Commercial and Estate areas both personally and professionally. Bob was raised, schooled and completed his Articles in Gympie. He and his family then moved to Toowoomba and established one of the leading Law Firms on the Darling Downs. Bob enjoys his areas of practice and genuinely looks forward to assisting current and future clients of the Firm. The fact that Bob has extensive hands on knowledge and experience with Property Law, Commercial Law and Estates is evident in the rapid number of referrals and recommendations he receives. Karlah Condon
Karlah is one of the friendly faces to greet you at Terra Firma Law. Super Receptionist is her official title. New to the position of Receptionist, Karlah enjoys making people feel at home, and ensures that a client is welcomed every time, as if it was their first attendance and one that will keep them coming back to Terra Firma Law. Karlah is also our “artist in residence”, as her official qualifications are in the area of Fine Arts. With her lively enthusiasm, clients are not only assisted in reception, they are often also entertained! Karlah’s role is that of the Curator of Terra Firma Law, she navigates the phone calls and directs traffic!

Leisa is Terra Firma Law's Junior Administrative Assistant. Our groovy year twelve graduate, Leisa wears a permanent smile, warming and welcoming clients and all she greets. Leisa is extremely capable, focused and confident. With the role of critical support to staff members, Leisa understands and excels in this position.

Carolyn Ward
Carolyn is our trusted Paralegal. Working with a solicitor, Carolyn conducts file work in the areas of Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Estate Planning. Carolyn also assists in reception, and daily brings with her a wealth of legal experience gained from over twenty years experience in the legal industry.
Warm and engaging with a natural empathy for others, Carolyn is very relatable. A new Zealand native, Carolyn is super passionate about living in Australia, and despite the coincidence of sharing the same surname as Leisa, they are only related through Terra Firma Law!
